EasyClean-type

BoxMag-separators are applied where magnetizable contamination is to be removed from dry, pourable or fine grained products. The material to be conveyed may not tend to bridging!

The strong magnetic fields of the installed neodymium filter rods control the complete interior space of the casing. Even weak contaminations within the product are seized, attracted by filter rods and held tight.

We only use high quality rare earth magnet material. At the effective surface of the filter rods our standard achieves flux density values of more than 1000 Milli-Tesla (10.000 Gauss).

The EasyClean unit which is included in the standard design guarantees the easy removal of the seized metallic particles
