Hump magnets control drop chutes whether they include magnetizable particles. The product is slowed down in the chute and at the same time a strong magnetic plate in each cascade monitors magnetizable particles.

Magnetic fields with large depth effect pull metal parts out of the product layer to the pole surface of the magnetic plates and hold them tight.

All the magnetic systems can be swivelled out of the casing for cleaning purposes. An EasyClean hood helps to remove the seized metal parts.
